The first step on how to get to Bohol Philippines where amun ini is located would be to get to one of the two major ports of entry to the Philippines, either Manila or Cebu. Upon arrival in Manila, we recommend that you check with your airline representative which terminal handles your connecting flight to Tagbilaran. Depending on the incoming and domestic airlines that you choose, you may need up to an hour to transfer from one terminal to another in spite of the short distance.
How to get to Bohol Philippines from Manila
From Manila, we recommend that you take any of the domestic airlines that serve Tagbilaran, Bohol’s provincial capital. There are at least 9 flights daily that serve the Manila-Tagbilaran route with early morning and noon flights daily that take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
How to get to Bohol Philippines from Cebu
From Cebu, you may take any of a number of ferry companies that make more than 10 trips daily to Tagbilaran. Travel time on the fast ferries is a bit less than two hours. Allow for at least one hour for the transfer from the airport to the ferry terminal in Cebu. There is also an island airline service from Cebu to Tagbilaran that takes around 30 minutes.
From Tagbilaran airport or pier, we can arrange to pick you up to take you to amun ini. This interesting 90 minute ride will give you a feel for the Philippine countryside; you will pass by rice fields and quaint little towns with historic Spanish colonial era stone churches on the scenic coastal road to amun ini.
