RATE POLICIES

Rates are quoted in USD. Equivalent Peso/Euro rates are available depending on the current exchange rates.

Room rates are based on single/double occupancy, inclusive of a la carte breakfast and local taxes. Any additional person not included in the booking will be charged accordingly at the resort.

For peak season – December 20th until January 5th, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required

Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinner are mandatory and will be charged at the resort.

Children below 12 years of age are free of charge when sharing with parents’ bed however breakfast is not included.

Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

If children/adults require extra bed, an extra charge of USD 48 will apply. This includes a la carte breakfast for 1 person and local taxes

Only 1 extra bed is allowed in each room. Request for 2 extra beds are subject to availability

Baby cots are available upon request, free of charge

Standard Check-in Time – 1400H

Standard Check-out Time – 1200H

Request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to room availability. Please contact the hotel directly.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Full prepayment of room accommodation is required to confirm your reservation.

Your card will be charged at the time of booking. This is nonrefundable.

Charges for transfers, food, beverage, diving, tours and other services are to be added at the end of your stay and can be paid upon check out. We accept cash or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) for payment.

NO SHOW / MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION POLICIES

No Show Policy: Your 100% prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel.

Modification Policy: Modification is allowed but subject to room availability. For booking revisions, please Contact Us.

Cancellation Policy: Full prepayment is nonrefundable upon cancellation.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The hotel has 5 in-house pet dogs and cats that belong to the resort owners and the pets usually mingle with the guests.

The resort is a signatory to a movement minimizing the use of disposable items. As such, we do not provide disposable slippers and throw away bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, etc. Please be aware of this and ensure you bring your own personal hygiene kits and footwear.

RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION

AMUN INI reserves the right, upon giving reasonable notice to close any part of its facilities and to carry out such repairs, renovations and construction from time to time and at any time as it deems fit.
